Gilman Louie

Gilman Louie is Co-Founder & Managing Partner of America’s Frontier Fund, with 30+ years of national security and investment experience. He was an early CEO of In-Q-Tel (1999-2006), served as a Special Government Employee to the Defense Innovation Board (2016-2020), and was a Commissioner on the National Security Commission on Artificial Intelligence (2018-2021). He is Chairman of the National Intelligence University and the Federation of American Scientists, and previously served on the President’s Intelligence Advisory Board and the State Department’s Foreign Affairs Policy Board. He co-founded Alsop Louie Partners and serves on boards including Maxar (now Vantor) Corporation, Niantic Spatial, and Aerospike.
